From Santa fee to Alabam the bars are all the same
Beer is cold, broads are bold, each with a fife rent name

The woman are friendlier now that I have some gold
I don’t sign tee shirts just breasts full and firm
Most are from girls with nothing left to learn

Kris has got a tear left in his eye
Johnny dead and gone
Nine inch nails a deadly song
Motorcycles and fast cars
Horses drinking in the bars
Outlaws and renegades
Now, those were the good old days

I meet willie 39 years in a bar just outside of milwaukee, they would not let him board the plane, said he was unsavory person. I found him to be pretty much a hard drinking, free soul, that could write a song at the drop of hat, which he did for about four hours, I do not think he remember a one, it was one of the most enjoyable evenings of intertainment, and I had no clue as to who he was. I know he can sing with just about anyone, including me.

I was a fan of Willie's from way back when he cut
his hair and wore a suit, and, regardless of his "getup,"
I still think he is one of the greatest poet-songwriters
of this century.
