Them yo' words

Aha I know you find it difficult

To share your words with me

That is okay for I am free

Whether you acknowledge what I do

Let alone what I say

I will always understand

Because that is your way

Them yo' words

No one minds if you keep them

To yourself

Or share them somewhere without meaning

Let alone without depth

I remain content in my interior

Standing with my heart in my hand

Wherever you go I have already been

Them yo' words

Keep them etch them across your soul

Are they valid and will they keep

Your spirit fragmented or whole

Do they bask in fabrications

Or streaks of green

Against your sister girl

Only you would know

Them yo' words

You spew toward your brother man

Because he has leaves of green

Touching his expectations his dreams

Shrouding yourself behind your pencil

Peeping from around your paper dreams

While we make wonders
Keeping our spirits free

By "yo words" your are justified...and by "yo words" you are condemned.
A very nice portrayal of that phrase--soft; yet "hard-hitting!"
Words spoken is like a bullet from a gun---once "fired" it can never returned...but their "implications" can be felt for generations to come.

Let's continue to "STAY IN THE SPIRIT" as we speak words one to another.

Another thought-provoking write from THE BEST!!!
