Trapped in thoughts
of who?
and what?
and why?
Oh, that 'why?'...
that insignificant question...
that's all it takes
to send me plumetting
off the deep end...
'who' alone can drive me mad
and send me into fits
of screaming
that insignificant question;
what no longer
matters to me as much
as the who and why;
those, alone, seem to be
what piece my sanity together
yet pull it apart
at the same time...
