Why not then,
Therefore,
Relish
Take pleasure
Enfold
Engulf
Take all of everything,
Every crumb
Of yes!
But not at detriment
To another -
For
That would cancel
All our joy,
For
Our hearts second guess
Knows false from true
What we'd rue
And
Pay for with tears
And
No -
In any event
Of consciences betrayed.
There is
Only damper -
Guardian of the soul,
Our ruler,
The arbiter
Of
Our truth.
