Kate, each one of these magnificent Haiku’s is incredibly well-written, and just makes one grip on the arm chair tightly, while reading them. These are all so very powerful even standing alone yet, combined together on the same page, they explode as any pressure cooker would with the lid on too tight, and can’t vent the excess steam. You rock, fair lady Poet! Thank you for sharing your remarkable talent.
Often in fewer words, is wherein the power lies. Haiku delivers that. In these, it certainly don't seem to be a nice place to be at. Hopfully the next ones will be powerful in a positive light.
