Having seen Stone Mountain from my resort room recently, and feeling the breeze of a strong storm coming off the Gulf of Mexico in times past, I appreciate the way you put this together. And the reason and the rhyme are completely logical, and oh so beautifully spoken here.

Interesting and creative phrases contained within this poem, Kate! My favorite stanza of your's is:
"Reason is a mighty vessel
ploughing the oceans
of the voyage of discovery,
warm trade winds of rhyme
filling her sails,
directing her course"
Ah, I love this! How I wish I had written it! I perhaps would have used: "on voyages of discovery" instead of "of the voyage", however I still think it's wonderful! I moves and inspires me. Thanks, dear heart!
