It is said that Robert Frost maintained a fierce belief in the integrity of poetic vision: "A poem is never a put-up job, so to speak. It begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lonesickness. It is never a thought to begin with. It is at its best when it is a tantalising vagueness...It finds its thought or makes its thought."

Kate, although the attached note help’s achieve the sacred status of how a poem should behave, I believe the title and this astonishing Haiku drives home the thought clearly. It’s like the third eye, only this time it is the poem itself seeking its much-awaited conception, all the way until it is finally celebrating on the page my friend. It is clearly an extraordinary write and thought that will enable many to understand that in order for any well-crafted composition, you must leave a part of you with it. That’s why it’s so important for Poet’s to understand as in any profession, if you do not leave any part of you at the scene, more often than not, the finish product isn’t worth owning or admitting to creating. That’s my story and I am sticking to it. Thank you for sharing your brilliant mind, and thought-provoking creations, Poet. Take care and be well.

I like to think Frost's idea is correct.
