POOL LOVER


He dives into her,
splices and scythes her liquid flesh

with strokes that make her
heave and moan.

Lapping and gulping
she’s a woman aroused.

Under he goes,
emerges panting

mid crashings of waves
where people go missing.

Lost in the heat
of the moment.

Wow Kate! With such effective personification, you've etched a three-dimensional creation that literally vibrates with energy. I think I need a dictionary to source new superlatives when reviewing your work. I seem to run out of them. ;-)

Look at you!!! Your pen is a vortex of passion swimming in and out like dolphins mating. This is a cool passionate respite for all of us bathing in our own perspiration down here in Dixie.
