I may not be well travelled
in the flesh, as it were;
but who knows what eyes have seen
where foot has trod
how heart has been
of those who have carried me
worldwide in their thoughts

I may not be well known -
quite the opposite, you might say;
but who knows what seeds are sown
what impact made
what memories grown
in the minds of the few that I've met

No one lives an ordinary life
that is solitary unto itself;
no bright pebble, however small,
enters a pool without making ripples
ever-increasing circles flowing
outwards from its heart
