We greet him with the utmost scorn
Or place him on an alter high
Up there some where in the sky
Worship him, and there he stays
While we resume our usual ways
I'd love to see us all emerge
With some miraculous human surge
Use Arms only to embrace
Not to kill the human race.
In the warmth of love to bask
