Walking Through Her Words

Words carry all our thoughts straight to the heart to warm or ice our own soul. Be careful with your words for each can bless or destroy without our knowledge.

The bitter north winds cut ice through my veins freezing my heart. I hear her words echo through the vale whispering life to my lost soul. Sheets of ice and waves of wind overcome me as I tread on thickened thoughts. Devoid of life, my heat expires within the ice melting your voice into my blood. I dwell mindless without resolve in your world of words. I hear your soft songs of love bringing warmth to the cold. Words laced with passions power and presence of mind. Each with its own meaning, different in tone, as each crystal of snow is different that is covering my cold body. It is tranquil in your world of words yet temptation beckons me toward the sublime as only my eyes stay open and my ears focus on each sound you whisper in my ear.  There is a fire blazing in my mind burning hot coals through the ice of this life. Precious are your words tender to tinder the blaze that is forming within your own soul. Your ribbons of blonde hair cover my body in a blanket of curls bringing me warmth as I struggle to regain my place in your life. Heated words of passion evoke past dreams of love gone cold yet love simmers hot underneath a layer of ice. Melting are your words I now trod on as each one now becomes a bridge to pathways yet traveled.  Breaking the bonds of ice into millions of fractured slivers each one frozen in time just like our past to melt forever into the ground of forgiveness. Talk to me again sweet words that I breathe for.  For being my true Destiny is worth the wait frozen only to be re-born with the heat of your love. Let me walk through your words as life continues to tick away our past only to usher in our new future.

the opening comment is pure truth, this is a lovely expression of melting the cold of a winters heart, hardened by holding onto a past perception...many layers embedded into this piece...thanks

Randy......how beautiful this is. By only letting go of the past, are we able to forge ahead into the future...a beautiful new beginning...if only we let it. Just beautiful.

I felt the journey from the wilderness of your mind, surround in the mere nature of man, in all his confusion...women. :)
Together you forge the paths that work for both of you, you turn toward the challenges, holding hands, together over and atop every mountain...
So enjoyed the walk in YOUR words...
Love and Peace~
Kimmy~
