God's covenant promises to His children.

COVENANT CHILDREN

We are the Covenant Children,
So for us it must be understood,
That as offspring of the King,
We form a Royal Priesthood.

From all the Earth's far reaches,
He's calling our hearts to be free,
And to live in the way He teaches,
For His pathway proclaims liberty.

Come out now from the heathen,
He's appealing to you and to me,
Come out now and be separated,
A living witness and testimony.

Unite now, all Covenant Children,
Raise His banner on high with pride,
With the Spirit's mantle your covering,
And the King of kings as your guide.

You need have no fear of the armies,
Who are gathered on your every side,
Just keep your oil lamps burning,
With a flame no darkness can hide.

Praise God in His Royal Majesty,
Who protects our lives from above,
As we live in truth, and in purity,
Reflections of our Saviour’s love.

Let the Spirit's oil of anointing,
Pour down from His Holy throne,
Blessing our lives in the flowing,
Claiming each one as His own.

For we are the Covenant Children,
We lift up our hearts and we sing,
With Holy hands, raised to glorify,
Our Father, God, and King.

Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with every good thing to do His will. And may He accomplish in us what is pleasing in His sight through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.~ Hebrews 13:20-21
