Wellness in body, mind and soul


Pureness, comfort, sweet simple ease


If sacrifice would grant all that I wish you


I would eagerly lie down, peaceful, appeased


But these are not subject to gift or to transfer


Merely by wishing or praying for you


You must find them instead by searching your heart


Honestly striving for your own absolute
