This poem exposes the conflicts associated with identity crisis.
Wannabe I wannabe like you! I wannabe like him! I wannabe like her! I wannabe like them! I wannabe like you because people seem to admire you. I wannabe like him because people seem to succumb to his power. I wannabe like her because she seems to get what she wants all the time. I wannabe like them because they seem to have their cliques. But I am so expandable that I have lost my identity. I don't know who I am! Manes Pierre Copyrighted August 2004
