Poem Artwork

Our Winter Lullaby

From the coast of Nova Scotia, I send this song

A little winter lullaby for you, it’s not too long

I hope you’ll still hear it and want to sing along

So let’s find a cozy little cottage by the sea

Where I’ll hold you close and you’ll hold me

Our two hearts bound together endlessly

A fire I’ll built and we’ll roast marshmallows

Sip hot chocolate and lay on pillows

And sway to music like two weeping willows

When the sun says goodbye to the day

We know what the Star Keeper had to say

I wouldn’t have it any other way

Now go to sleep to my winter lullaby

Snuggle up so I can hear you breathe and sigh

This song will be ours till the day we die

my Nova Scotia winter lullaby...

Fee

Wonderful picture, Fee! And the lullaby is sweet. Your warm heart is a stark contrast to the frozen background in this pic....
