Awwwwww... such a modern-day commentary on the technological romance. Whether over the cyber-wavelengths or face-to-face, the vibrational connections are made and felt, but the need for separate existences is a bummer... unless, of course, this well-penned story is of an illicit liaison after-hours down the library! :)) So glad your recent family roadtrip was so uplifting and bonding, Felix; singing together is another way of fusing those deeply-felt vibrations. I hope your brother picks up. When my old Ma was badly ill, me and me three big bruvs gathered round her hospital bedside and gave her a repertoire ranging from "Mammee!!" (with grey cardboard bedpans on our heads like bowler hats!... unused ones, I hasten to add!) to "Be Thou My Vision O Lord Of My Heart"... it was the most soldering and strengthening thing I can remember.
