Poem Artwork

Dark is the shades of November

the last rose clings to the vine

the pink blush may be gone

a lot of the petals have fallen

still among weeds it still shines

love will also stand the killing frost

staying warm though cold winds do blow

the rose lives by blooming each season

eternal it will grow with the spring

like our love continues to glow…

Like . . . . . . so many things.
This poem is one of the best I've read about that subject.
