Thunder claps echoed in the
distance, while lightning images
were on display.

Droplets of rain began to fall,
covering earth and sea. They
brought freshness to land,
where ever life might be.

Ribbons of pastel colors formed
across the dark sky, painting a
picture of beauty and light to
the beholders eye.

Transfixed by its splendor,
feelings of peace filled my soul.
The rainbow with all its beauty,
was a wonderous sight to behold.
