George wrote this poem a few years ago. It states how many in prison feel.

Children crying for their
fathers, who are locked in
prison. Some are never coming
home.

Battles fought and lost
against an addictive personality.
Every thing in their lives now
is fading from view.

Questions are left unanswered,
as to why they made the choices
they did.

They pay for their transgressins,
as the days come and go. Life goes
on and on, with years so very slow.


They beg for God to save them
with sincerity in their hearts,
hoping someday, somewhere, they'll
make a brand new start.
