The perfect place for one phase of life could be a burden in another. You do what you feels right, but feelings are not so easily convinced.

Many memories caught up in a place like this. There's a certain reluctance to leave. Some never do. But it probably will free you up for more if you don't have to take care of such a large place and downsize.

to build a house and sell it is a sort of investment; to build a home and then sell it out is a kind of perfidy. . . a generalized abstraction. Cheers, alex
