Funny how you would feel alone with all the people around you. "Sorry," they might say, with compassionate. "Sorry?" you would ask, "how can you feel sorry for your feelings, even if they are all wrong?' Funny how you would feel so loved with just a simple quiet smile beaming at you. "Loved?" one might ask. "I love the way I feel when I'm in your company," you would explain, "the joyful quiet smile that lets me talk more easily." Funny how you would feel all so confused with all the choices laid right before you. "Confused?" You might ask. "Confused," He would reply, "because you do not honour yourself with truth, with trust, with prayer, with meditation, with willingness, with awareness, with acceptance, with choices, with freedom, with surrender ... you just do not honour yourself," He would add, "with the divine." This statement here: "Funny how you would feel all so confused with all the choices laid right before you." is true of so many people, present writer included. I only know one thing. . . we never get back what's left behind, so we may as well grab hold of the future.
