I'm picking berries in the rain

And trying to get rid of this pain

But all my Lithium's gone down the drain

So instead I think of you again...

Your smile and laughter and sparkling eyes

Are what get me through these sad gray skies

And I cry as I bake blueberry pies

But I think of you in between my sighs...

The great white glow that radiates through

Has come to me from the inside of you

And now the skies are turning blue

Because these thoughts - they feel so true ...

The wind blows sideways and the rain falls down

They take with them my ragged frown

And I walk back through this grubby town

Listening for the sound...

OF YOUR VOICE

YOUR SONG

I KNOWS IT'S EXACTLY

WHERE I BELONG

AND I'VE BEEN WAITING

FOR YOU TO HOLD ME

CAUSE THEN I WON'T FEEL

QUITE SO DESPONDENTLY LONELY...

But you're a few hundred

Miles away

Today.
