Just a reminder of the meaning of Ash Wednesday

ASH WEDNESDAY We wear a cross upon our foreheads To show as Christians To Jesus Christ We are wed The cross is formed with ashes you see To tell all people "Dust we are and To dust we will return" No one escapes Humble we should be For just as He Became humble for you and me Then so must we He took our place Upon the cross So we could have eternal life It must be the same for us The cross we carry and death is a must It is finished Glory Be 'lil flower

This was a wonderful post LIL FLOWER some I was amazed did not know why we wore the ash on our foreheads. And the pancakes too. Thank you for sharing this one. Praise be to Him worthy Jesus.
