I said once that "The most dangerous man to tyrants is the free thinker man."
The enlighted world are not so enlighted anymore, our Inquisition does have computers to persecute, but the prisons are the same, trying to silence the voices by stashed them in dungeons.
They are going to build a bigger prison,
the one to cage freethinkers and poets,
all indecent lovers of Justitia
and those that voiced their protest.
They are going to build concentration camps
for those Peace marchers that are a great pest,
barber wire and electric fences are needed,
so they can, all the Mammon's sons, protect.
They are going to build a better, stronger vaults,
suitable for hoading their gold without stress,
with thicker walls which can muffle the screams
of hunger, that disturb their all well earned rest.
They are going to make new laws to be follow,
where a crime is comited by showing only respect,
abject obedience to all Mammon's bankers
will be bestowed with utmost diligence and zest.
They are going to build in the end, a modern road,
the one that goes without crossing bridges, to Hell,
to where is plenty of food, medicines, luxury,
and no hungry people there, they will be already dead.
Then, and only then, the world will be in order,
when all will be divided into owners and subjects,
with no dissenters, writers, freethinkers or protesters,
when everyone will fall in their proper place.
Damned are the poets, writers and journalists,
telling everybody the crazy truth, not less;
watch out you lovers of Peace and Justice, because,
they are going to burn the books and all poems.
They will build their prison on an island and hold secret tribunals so as not to disrupt the order they have worked so hard to achieve. The strong will be jailed, the weak forced to spin the propagandic rhymes of the state. Great Write - HB

Many will worship this man as god for a season, for he will claim that he is god and decieve many - their will be no freedoms left, and many will die the second death.

Time for free thinkers, and those who hate injustice, to fight, for right is power.. Paradoxically, we have to fight for peace sometimes..

Brilliant and thought provoking write, Georg. I'm with Karla, as long as my fingers can curl around a pen I'll be writing. Writing has been my passion for many years. I've never took classes for writing or courses. I just write whats in my heart and hope the reader understands. Outstanding poem, Georg. It's a keeper!
Wow! I guess if they would still give us paper and pencil, or chalk to write on the walls, I would have to write on...if only in my mind. How boring the world would be without those who speak their mind, and those who bring the truth via pen and paper or more so today by computer....a thought provoking write indeed!
