A little while ago Karen Lynn Vidra, the Texas Tornado, very softly asked me to look into her eyes...the vision was impaired because in front of her eyes where many many disabled children...
So, that's how this poem goes.
To Karen Lynn Vidra, the Texas Tornado, a woman that stands above many without the help of her crutches.
She would tell you of those that newspapers
don’t seems to care, disabled people aren’t worth
to set the light on the less fortunate among us,
or talking about them with their cheap ink’ drops.
She will tell you their story with real names
anonymity will defeat the cause and purpose
to seek understanding for a few among us
which don’t want your pity just your love.
She wanted me to tell you about her eyes which
I can’t see with so many children in front;
back they are covered by the square windows
of eyeglasses that have seen more than enough.
She don’t wanted to be talked about, but,
talk about those in wheelchairs if you must talk,
to make her heart blossom with tenderness
to many of her disable children a tender word.
Her eyes have become seeing so much suffering,
witness that time weighed, making them old,
in a young woman that will no hold her punches,
when defending her children, she gives all.
I cannot see her eyes, or translate what they say,
because they were too busy, another child in the spot,
in those eyes we should find about the truth,
the story that child, among us, were here to told.
"In front of her eyes...children" leads one to ontological thoughts and teleological studies... A loud call to socialize humankind, and to warn the authorities to respect and obey the law; and learn that without equality there is no Justice.
Georg a beautiful write for a beautiful caring person, I can see the hearts of so many glaring through her glasses. Thank you for sharing.

I think that God has blessed Karen with eyes that see into people's hearts and souls, and she doesn't need glasses for that.
Georg, you so beautifully captured a heart that flows and shows goodness. I am delighted to know the 'real' Karen through your writing about her.
You honor my sister with beautiful poetry. She has such a tender heart, is easily hurt (worse than me), has a passion for the disabled, especially disabled children. Books seem to feature only perfect people with perfect problems, few have disabled children as the central character: they're hidden behind, they're the comic relief. Karen wants to change that. You see that in her eyes, and I thank you for seeing the Karen I know and love. Well done.
Georg, You are such a beautiful friend, and amazing writer. This is so sweet and tender and insightful! God Bless you and our lovely Karen!
Peace, Love, and Light,

O, Georg, I can hardly see this for all the tears that are now fallin' from my eyes. WOW! I am indeed touched. Honored. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart; I will treasure this always! God bless you, Georg; you are a true friend!
(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D
Most beautiful write; you can bet I am saving this one! :)
In truth, I don't have any children in real life, only in my imagination. :) Oh, BOY, do I have CHILDREN.....LOL

Georg this is a beautiful work!
Annie
when defending her children, she gives all.
She is a true and dedicated spokesperson for the disabled of all ages, and one of AD's loved Texas Twinks.
A wonderful dedication to her, my friend.
