She's screaming louder and louder, but her children are deaf...
Screams in the night from the wounded tiger,
calling punishment for all the hunters ones
that killed her little cubs for their skins
and put a bullet so near of her mother’s heart.
Screams in the night from the fallen trees
that the axes of man yesterday had cut down,
not to be wood for fire or timber for shelter,
just for a few more pieces of golden crowns.
Screams in the night from Mother Earth’s pain,
her children are so spoiling the world around
in the pursuing of Mammon’s utopia dreams
that soon she will be of children, a sterile one.
It saddens me to think that we often trade technology for something we could do in a much slower pace. Chopping trees and killing tigers for convenience sake. Too bad we waste creations taste of manna's sensual race.

You wrote this with such power and emotion. If only ... the rest of humanity would heed your words, maybe Mother Nature and Mother Earth would be a wonderful legacy for future generations. I wholeheartedly agree with all the previous comments!

Georg, You have said a mouthful! Yes Mother Earth has been screaming for many, many years. We are not hearing her, and soon when those screams die out, there will only be tears, from us humans when we have nothing left and we are forced to die..extinction my dear friend is imminent...
Very strong and vividly accurate write of what we as humans are inflicting on our world and the picture really captures what the look of pain on her face would be...
