Many confronted with unknown in life will cringe unto themselves, others will ask for guide and wait, then...some will go into the labyrinth to reach the other side to a better life dealing with any monsters as they come, with the fortitude of those that don't know of cowardice.

of our life’s path alone is better than to
sit in silence & cringe at the monsters
a self barred prison in itself is harming…
But that is not really a great deed…I ponder that….

It is all too easy to be daunted by the weight and the uncertainty of the future but to give up is to quit and never know the possibilities of what may lay ahead. By far one of your best Georg. You definitely know your mythology. I wonder how many really confront thir own life's maze? I fear most just wander never seeking or finding the right exit until fate leads them on.
