Sometimes sadness come like a burglar, it will intrude in the soul's privacy and grab your heart with a very cold hand, making you to remember other times with other pains that never went away because they are chained to yourself...
Yesterday by the sea God scolded me,
“when feeling sadness you will cry not,
because the tears that I gave yesterday
are to be shed in a tomorrow unknown.”
“But why I have” I said, “such a pain
filling my heart, I was unloved my Lord,
you gave us a mother and a father
but giving us a home You forgot.”
“My child” he responded softly, “ I am
the one that always loved you the most,
only because of that you shouldn’t cry,
tears should only be to express your joy.”

You had a rough start for sure. But tears are for sadness and joy. I liked the way you encourage the stiff upper lip. For so many it did no good to cry to deaf parents; it just brought more pain. Love it. Liz
IN THE SCRIPTURES JESUS WEPT TWICE...AND IT WASN'T IN JOY. THERE ARE TIMES WHEN ONE SHEDS THE BLESSED RELEASE OF SORROWFUL TEARS. TEARS WASHES THE WINDOWS OF OUR SOULS SO THAT WE CAN 'SEE' GOD CLEARER. BUT WE CANNOT STAY IN THE 'VALLEY OF TEARS' TOO LONG...LEST WE ARE UNABLE TO CLIMB OUT...THE GROUND BEING TOO SOGGY FROM OUR TEARS TO AFFORD US A 'SOLID' FOUNDATION TO 'GRIP' ON TO...IF THIS HAPPENS THEN ONE FINDS THEMSELVES IN A 'CONTINUOUS' STATE OF WEEPING, WEEPING, WEEPING...AND DEPRESSION SETS(WE LITERALLY 'FAINT' IN THE VALLEY). BUT A GOOD CRY, WITH THE 'COMFORTING' OF OUR BLESSED SAVIOR, WHO WIPES OUR TEARS AND ENCOURAGES US TO 'PRESS ON' IS ALL RIGHT AND IS IN FACT, FROM THIS CHRISTIAN'S POINT OF VIEW, HEARTILY RECOMMENDED...IF NEEDED. BLESSINGS TO YOU AND YOURS GEORG, AND MAY YOU HAVE A VERY, VERY HAPPY NEW YEARS...SAFE IN HIS ARMS.
