I RECEIVED A EMAIL WITH THIS INFORMATION AND I DO THANK YOU FOR BRINGING THIS TO OUR ATTENTION. THERE WAS A TIME A COUPLE OF MONTHS BACK JUST AFTER I MOVED TO GEORGIA WHEN I THOUGHT I MIGHT NEED THIS ASSISTANCE BUT THANK GOD THINGS WORKED OUT. HOWEVER, IT WAS GOOD TO KNOW THAT AHA WAS THERE IF I NEEDED THEM. A POET MAY NOT HAVE ALL THEY WANT TO EAT OR BE IN THE NICEST SURROUNDINGS, BUT TO BE ABLE TO 'SPEAK' AND 'HEAR' THE VOICES OF FELLOW POETS IS A SOURCE OF ENCOURAGEMENT LIKE ONLY A POET CAN UNDERSTAND. I WILL TRY TO CONTRIBUTE TO THIS WORTHWHILE FUND WHEN I CAN. GOD BLESS AND MUCH LOVE, JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS

Big MWAHS to all the AHA-ers! A wonderful Member-led initiative which I don't think I have hitherto been aware of, though I have heard rumblings in the past about what EdK says...

Would it be helpful to have a page which we can all go to here on the Den which gives full details of what this is and how it is administered as well as how to give? Just so that everyone has access to the information as and when necessary. Also of how to apply. FANKOOOOOOOO ALL YOU KNIGHT/ESSES IN WHITE SATIN VELUM FOR ALL YOUR EFFORTS ON BEHALF OF THOSE WHO FIND THEMSELVES IN A PHASE OF DIRE STRAIT OR MOODY BLUES... xxx

As one of the founding members so to speak of this worthwhile cause I want to thank Georg and the other members for their dedication and ongoing work. We can all make a difference even those who are being sponsored if you can find an extra five or so throughout the year send it our way. It all helps. Some of us I know don't have access to credit cards etc or like using pay pal so if that is the case check with one of your trusted friends on the den to see if you can just forward your cash to them and have them make a donation on your behalf.

Kudos to you and the AHA Panel. By the way, A.D. management never responded to the idea of A.D. members adding a designated 'additional amount towards the fund' when we make our quarterly membership payments.
