Just faded blue jeans
No silken robes
Or slinky shoes
Day by day living
Inside this brain
Curl up on the chair
Reading a romance book
Losing those thoughts
In another worlds tale
Playing at fantasy
Sweeping the crumbs
Feeding the kids
Losing the battle
Of the years
And car payments
But then its;
Just me and my blue jeans
Flying away in the clouds
To a land of milk and plenty
And loves sweet dreams
With men who have money
To exotic place’s where
Love is splendid, in his arms
And lovers handsome and strong
Where budgets are balanced
And hair is silky

I thoroughly enjoyed the poem. I have always preferred Harlequin books when it comes to a good romantic read. I still can't balance my bankbook though. ;)
