Loud so loud
escape I must
I care not for game seven
for Sac vs. Dal
we cares? but there it is
and it is in my ears
resounding the fury
louder and louder
stomping feet surround sound
screaming people in my living room
and I put my hands to my ears
but still hear
SCORE
and all I can think is
I’d rather hear
the roar
of the sea just now
would rather
be
walking the shore
would rather
be
far from this place
but then where would I go
what would I do
if not here
then
where
I don’t know if the loud of the game
matches
the loud of my heart
loud so loud

I would also rather be watching the ocean. Well written.

Love you!!

Josefina,
This is a well penned piece, some very good lines, Yet mere lines, as we so casually, and irreverently do refer to them, can turn the very heart of mankind. Hmm, what power indeed, do we wield in ink..
