Believe it or not, I sterted this while listenning to a LeAnne Rimes song.
Writers Block
Everything to say
And no-one to converse with
So I look out the window.
300 cd’s of other people
Writing music
And nothing to sing in my mind
So I turn on the TV
Shoot em up
Cut them up
CSI rules!
Hendrix hums and Waylon wails
Shakespeare sneers
And Pepys sharpens another pen.
Morrison, moribund wit Marley reversed
Dylan twice
So well trained
So afraid to write.

Peter...you spelled "Dylan" correctly(unlike the mis-spell in my book!). ! "Writers Block" is good motivation for me to write down here in Delmarva Land. See you at the MWA Writers' Conference( www.marylandwriters.org and apply for the writers conference on April 30th. I'll be there.)
