Life springs eternal

Maternal offerings of spring proliferate In spite of the multitude of sins in decay Man-made permanence showing signs of inferiority Mankind oblivious to life Intelligent design so inherent in a world Whereby, Women continue to bring forth the seed of man Animallike in behavior one towards the other Warlike... sinful nature ugly to the bone An endless cycle of rejuvenation Tireless sleep that's never enough Growing pain after growing pain This schoolhouse of angnst Challenging the spirit Physical deterioration And death calling Upon New Birth...

Darryl, I love the way you worded this. The contrasts make me rejoice at the gift of life, especially the second-birth kind Nicodemas heard about. In a few well-chosen words you reminded me that in a world where front page news is often ugly, God is still at work!
