Adam and Eve were given domain over the Garden of Eden by the Lord.

However, they failed to follow his command, going against his word.

God had many times shown himself to Adam in the Garden

But when Adam took the fruit, this sin God did not pardon.

God never again showed himself in his bare majesty

For man had sinned and thus created a great travesty.

Now God would only appear in the form of a breeze.

Out of sight he would hover above the trees.

Later God appeared to Moses as a fire in a bush which was not consumed.

He may appear as a cloud, many times his presence just needed to be assumed.

One day his sent his only Son to pay for the sins of those who believe.

The burdens we carried from the Garden of Eden could only then be relieved.

Our biggest problem is that we are involved in a horrible conflict of interest.

Even though we confess Jesus Christ as our savior this may not give us rest.

For if we profess Jesus Christ simply to achieve eternal life

Or to avoid the many hardships of life’s cares or strife

We do not know the price he has paid for forgiveness to impart.

We must simply allow the Holy Ghost to enter into our heart.

Then if we do well we do it out of love and totally without greed.

Then we know God is a being who can help in time of need.
