Some days the rain falls too fast and too furious.

Other days the sun shines too hot and dry; it makes one curious.

Is there a happy medium to be found on this Earth?

I have seen both rain and shine since the day of my birth.

Yes the happy medium has come and it has gone also.

There are days when I enjoy the blue skies and the rivers gentle flow.

Somehow we never appreciate those days so much till they are no more.

We watch as the rain falls; the winds blows madly and we hear the thunders roar.

There are days when we really need to take time to enjoy the weather.

There are days when we need to call our friends and family together.

Tomorrow makes no promises we can truly rely upon.

The sun may shine brightly or it may seem to have gone.

If the sun does shine it may shine too bright.

There will be no rains to come to lighten our plight.

When the rains come they bring with them winds of destruction.

My dear friend we can endure all if we follow God’s instruction.

Look for the bright side and weather storms in the night.

One day a better world will come much to our delight.

When that happens, the wind, rain and snow will all be a part of God’s glory.

This is the beginning and not the end of our story.
