Faith makes all things possible!

Poem Artwork

In days gone past a wondrous vision was in my mind if not seen by my youthful eye.

It was Christmas Eve and sleigh bells rang and Santa’s sleigh flew cross the sky.

What made me believe such a silly thing as this could ever be so?

I had the faith of a little child and a purity of heart and believed and that was all I needed to know.

Why then today do I not know the wonder of that joyful ride in Santa’s sleigh?

How have I lost the faith to believe and lost along with it my way?

If I do not see does it automatically mean that it cannot be?

Then there must be no air to breath, no love to feel because them I cannot see.

Now comes the biggest question of them all and we each must ask ourselves.

If there could be no Santa, no sleigh to ride; no reindeer and no elves

How can we believe in Christ for he is gone back to his heavenly abode?

We believe as little children do and know he will help us carry life’s load.

So expand your mind beyond the things that are seen by mortal eye.

Know that it is right to celebrate this Christmas mourn and know the reason why.

Unto us a child is born who will carry the sins of the world and bring forgiveness.

Let us rejoice and pray to him for spiritual strength and thank him for his holiness.

Beautiful reminder of faith; I have seen it happen in unexpected ways! God does deliver on time, when we need it most! Proof of that last week!

All it takes is faith the size of a mustard seed, and anything can happen. :) Seen it time and again. Well done, Lew!

(((HUGS))) and love, Merry Christmas,

Karla.

Nice comparison between Santa Claus and Jesus. Maybe it takes a little imagination and creativity to believe.
