What Christmas Means to me

We all love the presents but let us not ever forget whose birthday we celebrate each December 25th.

To some Christmas means there’s presents beneath the tree. To others, it’s children’s laughter, as happy as can be. Though Christmas means all this I must admit it means more to me. It means celebrate and share the good news with family. The good news is Christmas is the birthday of our Lord, The son of God, salvations deliverer who is the living word. Christmas is the time to thank God for sending us his son. It was through his life and because of the cross that our salvation can be won. Christmas is the time of year to stress good will and love. This love was given to each of us through Jesus Christ, the dove. Praise him on this fabulous day of celebration. Let us all take time to worship him with great jubilation. So it is my wish to you and to all your loved ones, too. A very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to you.

Christmas is the time of year to stress good will and love.

It sadly seems that many have truly forgotten that fact in our modern, self-centered, 'me, me, me' world.

A blessed Christams to you for professing this love of Christ and understanding what the true holidays mean. I envy you your faith but mine is sort of just as strong. A reminder never hurts though. Good write here and so sound and descriptive needs to be passed around the world.

Marcia tells about her old family tradition where they had a white birthday cake and they all sang the happy birthday song to Jesus. It is good to bring our Christ back into Christmas!!!
