~Silent Whispers~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Soft whispers from your lips, �I love you, I love you so�� Echo in the breeze before parting Destinations yet unknown In search of self through solace Hope and Peace. Driven by the past, A litany of lessons learned� Uncertainty, not without question Of tomorrow looms, Tensed by need of explanation and the unexpected, Bearing ardent conviction Unfeigned curiosity and wistful reverie. �I love you, I love you so"... Hold on to these words and believe. Beams of light spray across God's ceiling , Flickering through supple boughs viewed alone, As though emanating from heaven's doors � Hope of windows to be opened, secure and shuttered now In time unlocked to love's imminence Until then a glimmer, Still�sultry...serene. Like a child struggling to learn new meanings Of trust�eager that the acceptance of absence Will insure the fruit of resolution and return� Embracing and believing that this loving bond Will securely survive the necessary search of soul, Time�and space. The reminiscently treasured, �I love you, I love you so�... Nurtures these days of separatenesss, Yet not without intricacy entwined... Empathy, joy, seduction, and strength. Right on the button and, having just returned from Spain, reminds me so much of a "reverie" I wrote there last year and reworked a little this time... I may repost it later. You have so captured that incessant "tugging" like a mooring rope to the soul that moves with the ebb and flow of the mood and experience of material life. This is so lyrical and sweetly haunting. You have captured all qualities of tone and nouance brilliantly here and worked them into natural light shading. You are fantastic at working in such a sublime understated fashion and saying so much by leaving so much unsaid - the qualities of a true poet. Your work exudes with poetic confidence and powers of persuasion - you will go far. You're a natural! :)) LOL Kate xx

Love is the fruit of living and the joy of wakening and the beauty of seeing through amor endowed eyes. It looks at the world and sees the colors and remembers, like an elephant, all the nuances that committed the heart. Richard, it seems, has found the kertnal of this poem and said so in his exciting way as he always does. Now, all I am left with is, see Richard's comments. Love. That entity which can't be seen (except within the heart) is the most powerful thing in the world, even filthy lucre. Beautiful poem.

It is always good when that connection is made.

So much is transferred back and forth through that invisible cord, so much that edifys, and nourishes, and reachs out when one is stumbling.

Love is the only "force" on earth that cannot be argued against, there is no defense against it. The Bible says that God is Love! It is a perfect thing that defies all that is pitted against it.
