Look around you everyday and you'll see God's gifts to the world...

I wake to see a sky smiling in at me,
a mockingbird sereanading a song...sardonically.

The sun's climbing above the red barn,
a Robin flies into her nest with a mouthful of yarn.

Old Farmer Joe's milking his cows,
a cat nestles between his legs...meows.

Mamma sheep wanders far from her young,
babies..ba-a...ba-a, cries for help has begun.

A young colt gallops to keep up with his herd,
scaring a gathering of hidden blackbirds.

A gurgling stream washes its rocks,
as our grandfather clock dongs...tick-tock, tick-tock.

The cook stove radiates plenty of warmth,
the sunshine brings life to the earth.

I look up into the colossal sky,
feel God deposit a radiance in my eyes.

I whisper to say, "I'm glad You are here,"
it gives me reason to have no fears.
