this is the logical next step in the social engineering "divide and conquer" scheme. like with the riots currently unfolding in the UK, they play the social parasite, bottom-feeders off of the dwindling middle-classes....the middle classes then beg the state (which steps down and lets the riots unfold) to come in and protect....in fact, they are begging for their own enslavement as the orchestrated financial meltdown truly gets under way. in this way, by the time real grievances are to be voiced in public, it will be illegal with a "shoot to kill" policy fully in place. evil genius for certain, this in response to your first paragraph concerning the gifting of mobile phones to the parasitic under-class.....nice one trask, as always!!!!!
