"Coffee and Calories" is both unique and clever. The title alone caught my attention. I'm doing my best to refrain from coffee and catch on to the fruits and veggies and no red meat. Well penned! Love and light, ~MoNi Harrell~ (Waving atcha from eastern NC) :)

HAHAHA, stuff the diet, they say 5 fruit n veg a day, latest fad. Now peeps are becoming sick to high levels of certain vitamins, and potassium from to many bananas
