(I wrote this as a little narrative and placed in the 'short story' section, but members have asked me to consider it poetry, so here it is)
A Delightful Moment

Shyly, he gazes
across the room.
Slowly, he bites
his bottom lip,
as if to inflict a little pain
while enjoying me.
Our eyes
briefly connect.
Quickly, he retreats
by looking down.
Intrigued, I move about
the exhibit thinking . . .
His captured smile
beckons to be sorted out.
