A poem about a single teardrop
A single teardrop shall fall But needs a place to begin For each sadness you shed To flow out from within Look down in the mirror At the image so strong A single teardrop distorts Then that image is gone When teardrops hit water Then ripples will spread The water now weeps From the tears being shed Look up now above you Sheds a tear from the sky A single droplet has fallen On the tear you did cry Look close in the mirror For what the ripple reflects When teardrops subside A new image projects
