Got a call telling us our relative is "terminal"...
We got a call
It was sad,
So sad
Telling us someone
Was terminal,
Someone's "Dad"
In his 80s
We expected
His days were few
But hearing
"Terminal"
Made it sound
So horribly cruel
We are all "terminal"
Everyone must pass away
Realizing that reminded me
And made me cherish my days
And count each blessing
And be thankful, too
Cause we are all "terminal"
Our days are numbered, it's true

Yeah, we're all terminal from day one, aren't we. Again, sorry to hear you're going through this. It's hard, but be there for him if you can. You'll have a hard time forgiving yourself later if you pass up the opportunity. Prayers. Lisa
Yes, we ARE "terminal"; we will ALL die. Good observations! This is why it is so important to make everything count when we ARE alive because you NEVER know when we will go! (((HUGS))) and love, your friend in Texas, Karen Lynn. :) This is also why it is so important to get right with God before we DO die!

You are so right. One reason I don't have time to be depressed. Love ya cuzz. 80 is a long life, but I don't like the word either. Have a great night!
