We get up we go to bed...is there anything else?
In the cold and still dark morning Out of bed I rise from sleep In the bathroom splash so sweetly Water to my face Wake up completes The breaking of the nighttime respite From work and fun and busy days The cycle we all have to get through No other choice can any of us make It sometimes seems so ordinary Why and what for? Is often how we think. But in the tween and nether regions Creativity is our food and drink. Lynn Barry (C)2004

Lynn, Creativity is our food and drink.... and so much more. There are those who dred going to sleep because it interrupts their day. I love this poem!!!
