If Pain could be seen
It would not be pretty.
Movement of the body
Intensifies the aches.
God forbid the aches
of fibromyalgia or
polymyiasitis should
attack the joints and
ligaments, feeding on
the bones and eating
away the tissues in every
way it can.  Sometimes it
causes you to stay in bed
all day and try to sleep the
pain away, but the key is to
get out of bed and pray.
Christ has hung on the
cross and died for us all 
that these plaques will not
last and if you believe and
trust as you pray you can
be up and at it... TODAY!

bi-polar too.  Just keep on

JESUS died for you and me.
