THANK YOU

Today I thank you, Lord
For all the joys you bring;
For the children at my school,
For the songs they sing.

For help and guidance in my work
That comes from up above;
For all the young smiling faces
That fill my heart with love.

I thank you, Lord, for every day,
For the paths that I walk down;
For the many lives that I touch
Of the children all around.

I thank you for the goodness
And for your kindly grace;
For the miracles of your love
That puts smiles upon my face.

Bless all teachers great or weak,
And help those who fall short of being strong.
Teach them your loving kindly ways
So they will do no wrong
