I probably would've reacted the same my friend! Yesterday was a strange day for me...it seemed everywhere I turned there was a minor little...hmmm well things didn't always go as planned! I pushed a paint lid to close it and instead my hand went in the gallon of paint, I put up a hook that goes to my pot rack...and broke the screw, tried to tighten the wing nut on the rack and broke the wing of the nut, was going to put a new knob on a buffet and lost the screw...but in the end each little crisis turned out okay, I cleaned the paint up and off me, found a screw to fit the pot rack and a new wing nut, and found the screw to the knob under a rug...all in all it turned out okay! But after a few of those little incidents I didn't dare get in the jeep to go anywhere until this morning...enjoyed this my friend, well written and creative...a write we can all realte to!

I'm with you, Jeanette. This situation would have me feeling overwhelmed. I guess we all take turns having bad days like this. They make us appreciate the good days even more! You expressed this frustration with class~

I've had it happen . I got two flats in one day also. I used to change a flattire myself. I changed the first , but the second,, I had to call home crying...Such is life ,, We all have our good and bad days,, but sometimes when lots happens, it does make one quite aggrivated. Enjoyed the write.....M

What a day indeed, seems to me something wonderful is about to happen in yoru life. That's how I look at it, behind every storm....you know that saying.

It is frustrating even to be late for work, but when things like this happen it is triple frustrating and soars your blood pressure right up there. A bad predicament it was but that day is over with and you could write about it and get it off your mind. Better days will be ahead too. God Bless YOu

Dang, Jeannete, this is a flat-out galloping Murphy's Law day, extremely well described. It's like "What else can go wrong?" Very well written (as always) and I surely hope this was not YOUR day! If it was, here's a hug, and a prayer that, next time, AAA will really do their job (they are supposed to tow that car to where the bad tire can be fixed or replaced).

O, boy, Jeanette: you've captured frustration well in these lines! I have been feeling frustrated myself lately: still trying to get on SSDI/disability; if denied a third time--lawyer time! Aggravation!! GRRR!!
