Thank you for bringing us this loving, thoughtful prayer so that we will remember: When we live with God within our heart, our future is to live in the heart of God.

A heart for the Lord will never be depleted or run out of energy. A heart focused on Jesus Christ by His Holy Spirit will never be in want of anything good, and we will always have what we need to survive the day and bless others on the journey. Sorry that I missed this one Joyce - what a blessing!

Always reading Joyce E poems make me remember that little almost destroyed WWII church where I satt lost, tired and yet thinking on Him and the hand that has took me safe all the way so I could sit there without a fear in the world.
I said thanks, but never occurred to me to ask what I could do for Him.

This is quite a lovely poem Joyce. It tells of your thankful heart and God loves a thankful, grateful heart. Then you ad to top things off, "Oh, what may I do for you?"
So often we ask for things, for our prayers to be answered but forget to ask what God would have us do for Him.
Keep writing Joyce, you have a truthful loving tender heart,it's truly refreshing!
