Why this road never ends?
The cluster clouds
Where my morning light bends.
Drifting sounds
An inscrutable,but
Monotones of unhappiness.
Where can I find a shelter?
To feel a little better,
In this darkness.
My skin torn by its claw
My being all inside its jaw.
In moments of fire
The time leaks from the corner of my eyes.
So,now
I believed I had climbed down the hill,
Only to confront a weak bridge.
I was on a bus.
O my life!
For connection,
In a frame for redemption.
If you tend to believe romantic, passionate, masculine poetry is a thing of past eras, read "She Intrigues Me," and be swept away in the beautiful craft of a contemporary poet of love.
